I see strange colors on the fretboard
Your display is probably set for 256 colors mode only. AFT uses high quality fretboard images which require High Color (16 bit) or better.Technically speaking, the fretboard image uses a lot of different colors, subtle shades of brown, yellow, etc., and in 256 colors mode there are just not enough colors available, hence the distorted image. When you use "High Color" settings the image will look again as it was meant to be, as realistic as possible.
To set your graphic card properly, go [Start] -> [Settings] -> [Control panel] -> [Display] -> [Settings]
At the bottom left you should see the "colors" settings. Set it to "High color (16 bit)" or "True Color (24 bit)" in order to enjoy the best image quality, not only in AFT, but also with other programs. TOP
Is there a Mac version?
Unfortunately no, we don't have a Mac version. We do however know of some people who run AFT on Mac computers, typically having a partitioned hard disk with Windows 95 installed on a secondary partition. TOP
